PC World is the PC retailing arm of the Dixon's group. As befitting a PC superstore the website has got almost everything you could ever want. The prices are however expensive when compared to other PC retailers online. Unfortunately the service doesn't improve matters. The technical staff are slow and unhelpful in replying to requests for assistance, even if you sign up for the hugely expensive service agreements offered you.
