		<description>I think the point was that tv advertising is becoming increasingly fragmented, and with digital becoming mandatory soon it seems likely that more and more people will start to watch tv on demand, when they want it, rather than when the networks broadcast it.  If that trend does materialise then the value of commercial breaks will decrease tremendously.

That&#039;s obviously not to suggest that adverts should overlook the normal speed viewers, they should still take priority, just that this is something to consider in addition to that.</description>

		<description>All very interesting, but how much practical use, I wonder?  Do advertisers need to worry about the small minority viewing their ads in fast forward?  Shouldn&#039;t they just focus on the ad as it is planned to be seen (ie. at normal speed)?
